Welcome to the New Signature Coins

New Look, Same Great Company

For a lot of people and companies, the general idea is that if something isn’t broken, it doesn’t require improvement. However, for those of us interested in remaining on the cutting edge of online marketing, upgrading systems that otherwise seem to be working perfectly is a requirement.

As an online company, we’re constantly concerned with our website. Not only do we constantly ask ourselves whether or not our website features all of the information we need it to in order to be informative, but we also focus on making sure we’re creating a good user experience for you when you visit. In the interest of all of these factors, we’d like to unveil the new Signature Coins website.

What’s New and Improved?

When you come to our site, you’ll see a few things have moved around and look different. The most important things, like where new customers can get started on submitting a free quote or where existing customers go to login to their account, haven’t moved much. But if you’re looking to see what has changed, then the first answer is the influx of videos to our webpages.

Have you ever been on a website featuring a lot of text or information you needed to read and thought to yourself, this would be better in a video? Well, there’s a lot to be said about the use, design and history of challenge coins, and in addition to including all of that information in the text of the site, we also decided to give you videos better illuminating the subjects.

We also increased the size of the images you’ll find on the website and improved our challenge coin gallery. This way, you can see all of the great coins we create in striking detail as well as read about the upgrade and design options they use. If you’re looking for ideas for the design of your own set of custom coins, look no further than what some of our past customers have come up with and allow those designs to inspire you.

Organizational Flow

When considering the flow and organization of the website as a whole, we decided to change up the way we think and talk about challenge coins. Gone are the days when all of the information on coins on our site is organized based on the industry the coins were created for. Welcome to the age of coin Types and Uses.

It’s not that we’ve gotten rid of the corporate, firefighter, police and various military pages that made up our site before. We’ve just moved them to be organized under the Uses page and added a few additional uses in order to show you we’ve got every possible intended use of challenge coins covered. The potential uses for an order of challenge coins is as limitless as your imagination, so don’t feel bound by the uses we have listed.

Take a Look and Tell Us What You Think

Some things on the new site will be immediately recognizable to our longstanding customers. The “Start Your Free Quote” button has been replaced by a “Get Started” button, but it’s still orange and can be found in the top menu of every page. In addition, each new page has a quick start quote form located in the header. Simply tell us how many coins you think you’ll need, upload any artwork you have for your coin design, and give us your contact information, and we’ll take it from there

For returning customers, you can still login to your account via the Login link in the upper right hand corner of each page. On your account page, you’ll still be able to see your past orders, any current quotes and proofs awaiting your approval, and even place your order once you’re happy with the proof.

In the end, we wanted to give our site a little update while also ensuring that we’ve continued to give anyone who stops by the needed information to make an informed decision about their coins, and a simple and pleasant experience. If you have any other ideas about ways we can edit our site, feel free to mention them in the comments. Just because we’re happy with it, doesn’t mean it can’t still be improved upon.
