What Is the Difference Between Ceramic and Clay Poker Chips

The difference between ceramic chips and clay chips are the material they are made from. Ceramic chips are made from ceramic and plastic materials, while clay chips are made from clay and a mixture of things like chalk and sand to give them strength.

Ceramic chips are perfectly flat and have a smooth surface. Clay chips are textured and usually have an inlay where the design is imprinted. We make ceramic chips because they are highly customizable and more durable than clay chips.
