What Kind of Guarantee Do You Offer
Signature Coins offers a 100% quality guarantee on every product that we manufacture. Our digital proofs are highly accurate, but that doesn’t stop accidents from happening during the manufacturing process. If any defective units are discovered upon delivery, we will remake them and deliver them at no additional cost.
We ask that our clients submit a written claim of the defective products to our team within 30 days of receiving the coins. For the purposes of our guarantee, “defective” refers to any manufacturing error.
