How Are Custom Poker Chips Made

We start with a blank ceramic chip with a white face on either side and black edges. Then your custom design, created by our art team, is heat transferred onto each chip through a dye sublimation process.

printing poker chips

First, the front and back of your artwork is digitally printed onto separate pieces of transfer paper. Blank poker chips are placed between the two pieces of transfer paper, aligned with the ink designs, and everything is put into a heat press. The heat press starts the dye sublimation process, which consists of a water-based ink turning into a gas and bonding with a polymer (in this case the ceramic chips). Once the chips are taken out of the heat press, the artwork is permanently fused to the poker chips.

Challenge Coin Customer Reviews

Extremely Impressive / best Customer Service!!!

trustpilot-stars

I have rarely worked with a company that was so willing and able to go above and beyond to provide a product - they worked with me through changes and last minute requests - and did it all with a willing, can do, happy attitude. Once of the best companies I have ever done business with. Additionally, EXCELLENT product. The coin was exactly as ordered, quality product, impressive!!
